Idea

Most AI flashcard tools generate cards that feel disposable. AnkiForge tries the opposite: keep the source thread visible, prioritize recall, and let me edit before anything hits my deck.

Features in progress

  • Paste a paper section, get a small set of cloze cards linked to the exact quote
  • Nightly review of "cards that got hard" instead of blind repetition
  • Local-first storage — no account required to use it

Why it matters to me

I use Anki daily. If a tool helps me learn faster without eroding recall, it earns its keep.
